Congrats! So finally, you
are planning for the baby now. But there are a lot more to plan before
pregnancy as well and also that lot more to do too. Want to know? So, follow
these steps:
Step 1: Please Get Rid of
Your Contraceptive Pills
Pleasure is always there
but not the will apparently. You must be taking contraceptive pills since you
have been married, and that might be quite a long time till now. In order to
know about your regular menstrual cycle, you MUST stop this now. This is the
way to learn when to intercourse with your partner so that you can get pregnant
really fast.
Once you stop taking that
thing, you can get pregnant any time you want.
In case you are willing
to conceive as soon as possible, you need to maintain a healthy weight as well
as a healthy diet.
Step 2: Learn About Your
Days of Ovulation
Of course, you love to
have sex! But does it really matter or the fact is like that you can conceive
any time you mate and want? Well, you see, the probability of being pregnant is
never really zero after you sleep with him, but, there are days more than all
the others when the chance of fertility is more significant, for example, just
the days before your period starts.
Using an ovulation
predictor kits also (OPKs) also helps. This might not necessarily provide you
with a very accurate result but will provide you with an approximation.
Subtract 14 from the regular length of your cycle might increase the accuracy
of your result.
Step 3: Have Sex Before
Ovulation
Sperms have a lifespan of
two to three days when they reside inside the fallopian tubes, whereas eggs
remain alive for like only twelve to twenty-four hours. So, having sex right
before you ovulate increases chances of fertilization, hence pregnancy.
For a typical 30-day
cycle (where you ovulate on the fourteenth day), here's what you need to do:
* Initiate having sex
frequently once your period ends, so that even if you get occupied, that will
make sure you don’t miss your egg mating with the sperm.
* Since ovulating on
day-14 is quote apparent for almost everyone, start having sex every day from
day-10.
*Keep on checking with
your OPK. As soon as it gives a positive result, have sex on that day and also
the next two days. This will hopefully make you pregnant.
Step 4: Best time and sex
position
Knowing the best suitable
positions for being pregnant is badly essential. I hope my write-up help you to
learn these.
Lie down straightly and
completely at the horizontal position right after sex
This shall cause all the
sperms to gather together in your vagina and not get off with usual
ejaculations. If you think you need to put your legs a bit high up, that is
definitely not wise. That might not hurt and be more comfortable but will not
be as helpful as lying down on your back will be.
Have sex before sleeping
Though few studies state
that the sperm count is most in the morning, but there is nothing such found as
evidence. There is no particular time to have sex with your partner, just that
it gets easy for you to lie on your back if you do it before sleeping.
Be Basic
There is still no such
position found which is best for the baby making process. It’s best to do it in
a way by after which you can easily lie on your back.
Step 5: Sex Session
Don'ts
Don'ts are as follows:
* Use lubricants
A lot of people actually
think that using certain kinds of lubricant actually stimulates fertility, but
that’s wrong! Rather it is a very harmful thing and can make all your efforts
of being pregnant go absolutely in vain, as it may alter the pH that is best
suited for sperm to stay alive and move.
* Orgasm Is A Necessity
Orgasm is very necessary
and it is a fact of worry if you lack it, oops! Your sex will not be satisfied
without this, neither will you be contented. Orgasm also boosts conception by
getting more sperms enter your vagina, and hence your uterus. There is still no
scientific proof for this though.
* Sticky boxers
The temperature of the
testicle gets way too warm than it should be and this badly affects the sperm
count and thus fertility. Though there is still no such evidence that sperm
sticks with boxers, but it is always better to avoid which can give out a
negative result.
Step 6: Finally, the Test
If you think you might be
pregnant, it is high time that you get rid of all your bad habits, and start
eating healthy, start taking care of yourself, do not jump too high, and be
happy with life, Also, for confirmation, you should rush to your doctor and get
a test done.
Pregnancy kits might not
always provide you with the accurate result. What they do is, they detect the
Human Chronic Gonadotropin (HCG) level in a women’s urine. Early tests are more
sensitive to the detector, as it may cause a ‘false negative’ result according
to many experts because the level of HCG then is not high enough to be
detected.
Step 7: When the Test
Result is Negative
There is nothing to get
upset honey. There is always the next time and most couples fail when they try
it for the first time. Get ready for next month and make sure to know your days
of ovulation properly this time. You will definitely succeed and get your
blessing.
Pregnancy has always been
a blissful thing for everyone. But there is nothing to be sad if you fail in
your first attempt. And once you get pregnant, make sure to always be the best
in everything as this is the best time of your life. Hope you enjoy it to the
fullest!
